You do know a shinny or polished edge has absolutely nothing to do with sharpness. A knife can be shinny and be completely dull.

@@shamaelsyed6460 they sell, or rather sold, a cutting surface called "cutting sheets" which is like a cutting board but as thin as a sheet. Hence, "cutting sheets."
