- After two trackdays under my belt in the R8, the OEM brakes were crying out to be replaced.
In this video I show you how to replace a full set of brakes on an Audi R8. Upgrading to a set of EBC's.

I've got an RS4 and changed to the ebc ones, away from the wavy audi ones.

No was wayyyyy too expensive for the structural wok and the door. The opening is wider than before tho 👌🏼 just need to sort the other door now
I’m looking to do the same, a steel and a double door has got to be about £4000 or so? I was quoted £1300-1500 for just a single roller door
@@brownosing I had a structural engineer (£500) tell me I needed one long steel and one upright inside the wall cavity to support it. I think the steels were 1.8k plus the door plus a builder. I’ve had two single doors made at £850 each.
Jeez! That seems a great deal on the door you have now though, was that fitted? Was it Garolla by any chance?

Just for info the reason they warp is becace they are not sided and the heat veins run the wrong way on one side. Crap design by Audi but the EBC's are brilliant I run them on my cars.
Manual is definitely better than r tronic I’ve driven both… it depends if you know how to do heel toe or not…
Aren't we supposed to release the Ebrake cable tension in the drivers cabin first before removing the ebrake calipers?
Yes absolutely. I never park my car in the garage with the handbrake on so it was already off
