i am up against teenagers at the triathlons i am doing now at the age of 46, and they are beating me at the swim and the run BUT NOT on the bike, which is the biggest portion of triathlons. So thus far none of them have beaten me, I have either won the races or finished behind one other older guy. so we need to work harder and keep praying that time will not catch up!
