I think he already knew it by this point that it was hee-joo posing as blackmailer. He gave out too many details regarding how he made a deal with his sister a night before the wedding. He would have never given such details to any blackmailer. Such interesting twists and plots. But this scene actually had me in tears. What an emotional scene this was when u think of Hee-joo's experience right from traumatic loveless childhood to "loveless marriage”

I hope the ending is nice and satisfying. Because Korean writers are definitely the worst at endings in my opinion; they either leave the story half-baked or don't write a satisfying ending. We expect a couple to get together for 12-16 episodes and when they do, we don't get a satisfying ending. I can give a lot of examples but the recently released dramas The Judge From Hell and Love Next Door are examples of this. Their endings were really unsatisfying. In my opinion, the ending of Queen of Tears was also unsatisfying. As a writer, I say don't leave it to my imagination; give me a satisfying ending and if I need it, I can continue it in my imagination.
