    It’s about time that the Filipino youth become multi-lingual, esp foreign language like Mandarin and Spanish aside from English!

      I agree na matuto Ng ibang language but its better to learn first Filipino language not all Filipinos marunong magtagalog dahil nasanay sa kanilang sariling linguahe kagaya Ng mga tao na nakatura sa Visayas at Mindanao mostly bisaya yong ginagamit pero Maka intindi Naman Ng Tagalog pero dapat talaga naging fluent Tayo sa sarili nating wika dahil baka magtaka yong ibang Bansa Filipino Tayo pero SI Tayo marunong sa atong sariling wika at yong ibang lahi alama nila magtagalog

    I hope they teach the characters too because it's different to know the actual characters. Also these kids put most of my high-school classmates to shame. They have no idea how much of the world opens up when you know more languages.

      @TRAVEL WORLD TV Actually most of koreans don't understand hanja because before in the past, there is this (i don't if he is an emperor or king or something) person who change the entire writing system into practical and most easiest characters which is now called hangul, while the japanese can't understand chinese characters too, chinese characters and kanji characters are so different in terms of pronunciation.

    • @herodomingo4187
      @herodomingo4187 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Magmeow05 no you're wrong on that. Most koreans can understand hanja. But in different pronounces words. But same meaning. I know about that. Many years ago have passed the way of writings has changed. But nothing changes in hanja method. Japanese can understand chinese words through kanji or Chinese characters.

    • @Magmeow05
      @Magmeow05 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@herodomingo4187 lol almost all of my korean and japanese friends doesn't even understand hanja and kanji(in a chinese way of pronounciation) i ask my korean friends if they understand chinese characters or what they called "hanja" and almost all of their answers are the same they even said that hanja characters are used only in historical dramas, and historical signage and also they can't even read chinese characters while my japanese friend says that they understand chinese characters BUT in a form of KANJI which is connected to japanese language and pronounciation, so i'm not wrong :)

    If ye love me, keep my commandments.
    John 14:15 KJV
    Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
    Exodus 20:8‭-‬9 KJV
    Saturday is the day of the Lord
    The claim that Christ by his death abolished his Father’s law, is without foundation. Had it been possible for the law to be changed or set aside, then Christ need not have died to save man from the penalty of sin. The death of Christ, so far from abolishing the law, proves that it is immutable. The Son of God came to “magnify the law, and make it honorable.” [Isaiah 42:21.] He said, “Think not that I am come to destroy the law;” “till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in nowise pass from the law.” [Matthew 5:17, 18.] And concerning himself he declares, “I delight to do thy will, O my God; yea, thy law is within my heart.” [Psalm 40:8.] GC88 466.3
    Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV
    Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

    If only our laoshi is like that I wouldn't end up skipping chinese classes and actually learn. I lost interest learning about mandarin when they started pushing me to study on busy cram time, now it's all about passing the subject not learning.

    Our country is really blessed to be able to speak English. But we need to improve our communication skills here a lot more. We need to reach or surpass the levels of those in Singapore. We’re considered one of the best but still we can do better. Chinese is also good to learn as they’re expanding their trade around the world. You realize that you’d be able to speak to almost a Billion people if you learn Chinese. Also, there would be an ease in trade and business when there is no language barrier which would be better for the economy. However, let’s not forget about our own language. Let’s also improve on it as well.

      If you wanna learn Traditional Chinese you can go to Taiwan, if you wanna learn the Simplified Chinese, you can go to China~ Traditional Chinese is so much more complicated to write, but the characters are much more beautiful and meaningful :) , it's your own choice 😊

      Philippines has better future in China. Europe and USA are located far in PH which is why trade is more efficient in China than in US or Europe. PH should better focus on improving trade with its asian counterparts and stop relying much to Uncle Sam who is having crisis now because of Obama.
