Angel was just an Instrument. It was the lady who hired her and paid her to drum for hours who did the deed.

We were lucky enough to see the original cast. Having the same name of the co-producer, Kevin McCollum, I debated going backstage using my name. I chickened out. HUGE regret today. We've seen RENT six times. There were some great shows, but we were spoiled by the originals.
No one makes an entrence like Angel.

Also, it is using the scale commonly used when trying to sound "japanese" on the hook of the song, which hits to the later reveal that the dog was indeed called Akita,not Evita 🤣 it's the funniest song of the musical (😀 i love the others too, but this one is full of puns/comedy)

My Mother and Father used to live in the Bronx in the 80’s. We compared the rent back then to today. Much more affordable to have an apartment in the city compared to today.
