      Hi, base sa naresearch ko po ay allowed ang screenshot pero mas convenient din kpag may hard copy ka kasi iabot mo lang un at tatatakan nila yun ticket mo so mas mabilis din yun may print out.

      Hi. Baka may need kang iclick na agreement bago magproceed, possible hindi mo napansin using mobile. Like yun may box na need icheck bago ito magproceed para sa payment.

      Hi, Yes pwede. Maximum of 4 lang kasya pero if 2 lang ok lang din po. Per head po kasi yung booking rate.
      Possible pong may kasama kayo na dalawa kapag may magbook din same sa business class na kinuha ninyo.

      Hi, saan ka nagbayad ng ticket mo? Kasi kapag sa GCash automatic after paid may email na pumasok sa email ko. Bale direct online payment sa GCash.

      @@raildzroxaguanta3219 Hi, lampas 24 hrs na ba ito? Minsan delayed magreflect ang payment unlike sa GCash na direct online payment. Nakatanggap agad ako ng confirmation sa email. Ganyan din po kasi sa airline kapag sa LBC bayaran, kinabukasan na ito papasok sa email ang confirmation.

      Hi, magpresent nalang po ng valid Id or student Id if nag aaral na sya, if hindi pa bring birth certificate. If ever hahanapan po for verification may ipapakita po kayo. Sabihin lng po nagkabaliktad. Wala po kasing option to manage update details sa online. I'm sure walang maging problema doon since ikaw din ang guardian niya na kasama sa byahe.

    nagsesend po ba sila kaagad ng ticket after you pay them thru dragon pay? kasi kami nagbayad wala pa nasend na ticket siguro dahil sunday na ba kinabukasan?

      Hi, try to wait after 24 hrs. Minsan delayed nag-rereflect yung payment. Kapag gcash kasi direct yun payment. Nagsesend agad ng booking confirmation.

      Hello, makikita mo po yun total fare if 4 pax sa baba kapag nagselect ka na ng reservation. Then malalaman mong tama un count ng passenger kung may 4 details din kayong dapat iinput na passenger information. After nun details ng lahat at for payment na kayo.

      Hello, may additional fee po kasi sila for processing your booking reservation. Minsan po dahil ay isinama din nila yun travel insurance na meron silang services or kapag nakatie-up sa kanila ang insurance company. Yung ginawa kong video ay hindi po ako nag aavail ng insurance dahil gusto ng passenger na makaless din sa total payment.

      Hello, yung epayment ba yun natanggap mo sa email? Pwede mo din yun ipaprint kung sakaling wla kang natanggap na ticket kasi yun merchant name ay proof na paid ka na sa 2GO ticket mo at yun nasa merchant request ID number ay same po ito sa booking reservation number mo. So makikita pa din nila sa system yun passenger details mo.

    Sn mpansin ngayon.pano po pag nagbayad sa gcash tas nong pabalik na sa merchnt biglang nagloko yung connection.. Hindi ako naka tanggap ng itinerary reciept pero na bawas sa gcash ko yung bayad

      Hi, yes pwede, as long na may travel date na available para sa gusto mong date. Print mo lng yun voucher or eticket mo para hindi ka mahirapan kapag late ka na magprint, maaring matabunan ng new mails sa inbox mo yun. Check din ng mga updates nila baka magbago yun schedule mo.

    Ask ko lang if pwede ko pa bayaran yung reservation ticket ko expired status na po kasi nakalagay sa application.

      @@andreatorres7511 Yes dalawa na kasi 3 years old below add on lang na 250 ( as of now) for a child fee.) Mas ok dalawa na para makuha nila yun slot na magkasama din sila or magkatabi. Komportable din ang bata sa space. Pero if go for a budget pwede na din isa. Iisang bed nga lang yun for sharing na sila kapag ganun pa kaliit kasama na bata.

      If wla talaga pwede na din po yun payment confirmation ipakita sa pier. Nasa system naman po yung reservation under sa name mo kapag bayad na ito.

Yung isang ineemail nila yung iprint mo. Andoon din kasi details ng booking mo. Mati-trace din nila yun sa system yung naipareserve mo.

      Hello, hindi na po kasi maupdate ang details sa online. Just bring a valid ID at sabihin nyo po nagkamali lang ng input. As long may ipapakita kang voucher proof na ikaw yun nagpabook. Acceptable po yan kasi wla din option to edit the details.

      @4everacoffeover Hindi pa sa 2Go pero sa airline oo inapprove naman lalo kung similar name sa Valid ID. Minro issue lang may mali sa spelling. Kaya nag aask din sila ng Valid ID mo upon entry. Proof as ikaw yun nsa passenger details

      Hi, i am not sure if magkaiba. Baka po the more mas malapit ang byahe ay mas mahal ito. Kadalasan sa promo offer ay medyo matagal pa ang byahe. Ang insurance po ay optional lang kaya pwede mo itong i-uncheck para hindi din maisama sa total amount to pay.

      - Passenger ticket number
      - Official Receipt (for used mortorcycle)
      - Certificate of Registration (for used motorcycle)
      - Sales Invoice/Delivery Receipt (Brand new motorcycle)
      - Deed of Sale - Notarized (for Secondhand motorcycle)
      - Passenger ticket number
      - Authorization letter and a copy of valid ID is requiring if the owner is not available and will only send a representative at the Pier.
      - ID of the owner
      - ID of the representative
      Ang Freight rate ay depende sa actual specifications ng kanilang motorcycle, maaari po silang tumawag sa aming Freight Customer Service Hotline na 02 85287400 o magsend ng email inquiry sa 2GO_Freight@2go.com.ph para sa quotation at booking. Their business hours is from 8am-6pm, Mondays - Saturdays, and until 5pm on holidays. Salamat po.

      Hello, opo maam. Legit po nakasakay naman po lahat ng naibook ko at kamag anak ko pa mga yun. Or close family minsan friends po ng kamag anak ko. Ganito po.pagbook ko ng ticket nila. Kaya legit po . Bring valid id upon entry sa barko. Kasabay yung voucher na ipaprint ninyo as your ticket.
