Given how quickly series 24 CMFs sold out, and how scarce to find the orc figure was, I think there are plenty of fantasy era fans out there ready for more castle.
Orc figure was SUPER easy to find. It was one of 2 CMFs in that line to have an inner plastic bag (the other being the falconer). All you needed to do was then feel for something obvious like the big scimitar and you were guaranteed to get it. The falconer had the falcon figure and it had an obvious V shape wing to feel out and seperate from the orc
@@Gameprojordan I didn't mean it was hard to feel it out. I meant it sold out very quickly because people were army building them. I had to go to 10 different stores over several weeks to find the 18 I have. Never seen any series sell out that fast. Heck I can still find series 23 but series 24 is long gone.
the falconer and the orc were so easy to find because they each had inner plastic bags that you could feel up and automatically know it was them. i ended up getting about 13 orcs. not as many as i wanted but still enough to have a small platoon
I wanted that troll bigfig for so long as a kid. I remember finally getting it at a Lego convention my parents took me to. It’s one of legos best designs easy.
By far my favorite castle era- as a kid i had so many knights. As of late ive been trying to put all my castle knights back together, and while scuffed from me playing with them as a kid its cool seeing them again.
I have my own idea but as long as the castle sets are the center I do not think the castle theme will return with any value and they can not do nexo knights without being a copy of ninjago.
Clearly people still want fantasy castle 16 years later because the orc CMF was so desirable. I owned the tower raid and really enjoyed it when I was 7
Definitely a Fan of Factions. Fantasy should absolutely make a full-time comeback. Can you imagine the armies from the army-builders!?! 🤯 Phenomenal work as always amigo 🤘🏼
I'm bit sad that lego wont make these kindas of lines anymore. In my childhood, i've always seen castle, pirates and space alongside city to be the stable properties that would return every year but sadly now days we only get movie or tv series based sets. I loved having those nobody figs and making my own stories with them and not having 10 of the same main character. Maybe one day lego revives these, maybe even making tv series similiar to lego city.
Great video!! Totally agree. The castle theme is by far my favorite Lego theme. So many fun play features and the architecture is awesome. I really hope they bring it back. Obviously I was stoked to get Lions Knight but we need more modern day Lego castles!!
No offense, while I do also like the Fantasy Era? I disagree about what you negatively said about Knights Kingdom because the only thing that isn't special about that Classic Castle that you love so much is how full of Knights' Kingdom haters it's fanbase is lol.
Great video, I grew up with fantasy and kingdoms and now enjoy the current remakes. It's a shame that new factions like the elve's were never made into sets, although the cmfs from the woodland creatures are great.
I don't get why lego doesn't want to make another castle series. Medieval fantasy and Priates are themes generally loved by kids. But we haven't had return of those series for over 10 years. So some kids who, would love to get medieval set, weren't even born when "latest" set was released in 2013 I don't count those medieval very expensive sets for AFOLs
The lion knights and all the rest of the original castle factions get all of the attention and honestly I don’t care about them the best fantasy era has gotten is the troll minifigure and the ceramic cup using the skeleton face print why can’t we get fantasy era sets again instead of holding to only lion knights and black falcon era stuff

It's such a fun and interesting design. You can tell LEGO really cared with this theme
This is still by far my favorite Lego theme theme of all tome
It’s so great

this is what i grew up on and i hope they bring back lego castle. i think many people would be happy to see the return of a full fledged castle theme
Me and my friend use to combine our sets to do giant battles with the castle and kingdoms themes. 🎉
That's awesome! Two of the best Castle themes to date. Hope both of you kept your sets.

Man dude I remember those castle ads on TV and just starring in awe I only ever got one of those sets and it was the one with the seige tower.

Lego castle is my childhood, still have lots of their first sets also love knights kingdom

I neeeed a fantasy era reboot cmon Lego come thru!!
Great video as always bro! Loved this theme so much when I was younger. So many epic sets & factions!🔥🐐
My favorite by far!
I wish we got a reboot of this theme/era
It’s ridiculous how we haven’t got another lego castle theme, and if they remake it it would be just as dull as the 2013 theme unfortunately

Absolutely! We need a theme with multiple factions
Thanks to the D&D Lego sets, methinks the Castle/Fantasy Lego sets will get a lot more use than before
I hope you're right!

Interesting, thanks for sharing your experience

This was pretty much clutch Powers in the movie

Kingdoms line afterwards in 2010-2012 was better
