That's because the japanese police are respectful to their citizens so their citizens respect them unlike in America where the police DO NOT respect their own civilians and no one can tell me they do because I have seen some SHIT with them and the police in America abuse the shit out of their power so no one respects them. simple.

@EseChuckLeZ yes exactly. Like the cop who recently shot and killed a mentally ill man with only one leg and one arm sitting in a wheelchair waiving with a ball pen demanding some coca cola. It was on the news. Check it out.
There is another video of the police talking to some drunk guy on the street and I think this is the SAME guy. I think they arrested him because he refused to go home so they probably felt like they had no other choice but to force him to go home. The guy was like SO drunk he just fell out on the ground and went to sleep. :)
