Something about this song makes me feel so many things all at once- sadness, nostalgia, loss… yet it makes me feel strangely at ease, almost like every one I’ve lost is with me somehow. I don’t feel as alone, but at the same time I’m painfully aware of everything I’ve lost. It’s a strange combination of emotions that I don’t think I’ve ever felt before. Few songs have driven me to tears, and I’m glad this is one of them. Beautiful song, I think it accomplishes everything music is supposed to, and then some.

I discovered SIP maybe 6 months ago when my spotify recommended All Eyes on You, and I absolutely loved the western-style music. Didn't really think much of the band until Trigger got rec'd this past week, and I began listening to them exclusively to see what else they made. This song was a solid punch in the gut when it came on.
