This comment is with my personal experience. I bought mattress and pillows from flo mattress and the products are very good. But the cost is too high when compared with other company in same segment. The customer support is literally hell. It took 2.5 months for one of the product to reach me. When I raised request for return, they took 1+ month for sending packing material. After sending the packing material, its been around 2 months and I still didn't get my refund. They will not respond to our emails and calls.
@@Manideep6557 they refunded my money. I approached consumer form on this issue and updated the same to @flo that I am going to proceed legally if I won't get my money back in a week. Then they refunded my money immediately.
