    I always wondered what Chartwell was playing in that Nhemamusasa recording and never got around to asking him. Thank you very much for explaining it, I really appreciate it!

      Most welcome! I did meet Chartwell a few times when he conducted workshops and performed in NY and NJ, and have followed closely the music he played with Thomas Mapfumo earlier on.
