In the description of episode 14 it says "told you it was a trap" which means dom is the one who said it was a trap the first time after you can barely see his logo being glitchy.

Plus, there are some skibidis who look like humans, so how would it know? Also titan clock man can fight against most toilets when he’s distracted (he held off some one eyed toilets with his gun and side blades)

Tbh, I don't think the protective watch always work. As what we saw from secret episode after ep27, the future clockman managed to stop everything, except the one he decided not to. So the Titan himself can do the same thing, time stop everything even with the protective watch (Ig that's how he managed to do some sort of teleportation although he doesn't have TV men's ability).
