@Bryant5493 On the hanging speed limit sign, I guess its to make sure all the drunk drivers have no excuse for speeding. (LoL) Seriously there are a few around the city especially near wooded intersections.

Those signs are on the camera lights. That way when they take ur pic and get ur speeding ticket in the mail u can't say u didn't know the speed limit
