You are a very talented tailor - such detail with all your seams etc. Great outfits! I tend to be a bit more sloppy with costumes when I did make them - nice to see that people might start sewing again! I was trying to see your sewing machine looked like a higher end Janome? Our sewing machines need service but that is not happening now! So sad as I have the time now. Do you get many wears out of costumes? Looking forward to seeing more of your creative projects.

@@frontierfrenchie2615 I got the form I use on EBay. It’s technically a clothing mannequin, but it’s very helpful because it’s made of styrofoam so it’s easy to pin

Thats amazing!! It was kind of hard to see..how do you attach sleeves? I'm just starting to sew and attaching the short sleeves of a shirt to the body was crazy hard and annoying! Any advice?
David Gomez-Fandino Sleeves can be very tricky! I always sew an Ease Stitch into the seam allowance around the top of the sleeve. That way I can adjust the sleeve to the size of the arm hole of they don’t fit together perfectly. I usually keep the sleeve facing the right side of the fabric, and turn the rest of the work inside out and line up my triangles on the arm hole that way. I use lots of pins and clips to keep things in place too. Hope this helps!
