Work has been stressful so cut the stress with Gin on the weekend. Very very light use (I’m a lightweight) and it’s great. I just drink it straight with ice to chill the drink as cold as possible!
Gin is my one spirit that can absolutely do no wrong.

I love how they usually come in beautifully colored bottles, whereas I've noticed vodka and whiskey, etc. come in clear bottles.

If you're feeling adventurous, try making a Gin & Tonic with Malfy Con Limone, 2-3 drops of Orange Bitters and 5-10 ml of lime juice. It's ridiculously good.

For years, I never really drank gin, I think gin had this common misconception as being awful to taste. Some friends left a bottle of Beefeater unfinished, I kept smelling it and thinking this smells fantastic. I became a gin drinker from then on. Bobby keep up the good work!

A glass of London Dry from the freezer in a martini glass is like cool fresh forest air to me. Robert is also right about the low calories (and many other things.) One oz. of Gordon's is 52 calories and Beefeaters is 63. If you have a double martini (olives) or a Gibson (onions) then you get vegetables too. Plus the health benefits of Juniper AND is suppresses my interest in other calorie laden late night snacks. Its official, Mr. Freeman's weight loss program is underway!

Re the Empress 1908 colour-changing gin. That gin was released on 1-JUL-2017, two years after Husk Distillers in Australia released their "Ink Gin" product, also using butterfly pea to create the effect.

Gin is a recently new discovery I've found after being a whisky person for a long time. It's really good and I really like stuff like Roku or The Botanist
Even for the exorbitant alcohol prices here, Gin is cheaper than most whiskys
'American Aviation' Gin is also awesome ...best as a Sipping Gin with some ice or with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic. .well that's how I like it.👍

The Hampstead Gin from Lidl currently costs 6,81€ ( ~6£) in Germany.
I like to have a couple of gin and juice, or and tea drinks, then wash it down with a good beer. I'm a beer lover, but having gins first seems to make having a beer afterward so much more satisfying as a closing.
I just drank gin, and I'm happy to report, I'm now eating Taco bell. It is 1am and so far I don't have any regrets. Cheers 😂

Always fun to watch! Always ”hated” gin until now... in my 60s. Thanks to you I have many different gins and constantly adding new bottles. I want to do a gin tasting for friends that also “hate” gin. (Probably bad hangover memories from their 20s.) What would be your recipe (measurements) for gin and tonic (love Fever Tree) tastings? Also, can you suggest any particular brands? I will admit that I do not own flavored spirits of any type besides vodka so I’m willing to also try a couple there. Again, all for gin “haters”... outside of me that is! Thanks again for the laughs, lessons and fun!

Framers botanical gin is excellent like drinking water I buy it by the case that's how good it is.
Drinking aviation American gin straight right now
My gin of choice is Ginebra gin cause ofc why not,its the cheapest and quite strong,1 bottle can be drunk at 2 sitting if i am alone streaming,1st night then another sitting after 2 to 3 days😅(philippines).1 bottle of Ginebra was just 50 philippine pesos before pandemic,now its 65 to 80 pesos (abit over 1 dollar per bottle if you covert it to dollars) per bottle.😊

Hey Bobby, been a fan of your channel for a long time having never tried gin. I finally got around to trying Beefeater and I wasn’t a fan. I haven’t given up on gin though. Should I try a flavored gin or one of the classics like tanqueray next? Even if I don’t enjoy gin in the long run I’ll still watch your channel. You’re a class act Bobby. Cheers!
mmmm i dont think that beefeater is a starter gin .....maybe you should try a flavored one...orange, peach , berries....... maybe try NORDES, or BROCKMAN.

I knew there were some very good reasons I drink Gin. Live to 150 and look about 25 forever. Nice. Unless it's Bombay Sapphire of course, which would be drink it until your sick and feel about 80.

I think that gin is pretty well priced in the US, too. I can get a 1.75 L of Tanqueray for about $35. Is that comparable to UK prices?

I was told Gin / vodka is the best alcohol to consume. Beer is actually terrible for men because it increases estrogen.
I strayed from my favorites and tried bulldog and it gave me a banging headache. I only had two drinks. Took two Tylenol before bed and had to take two more when I woke up it was so bad. Back to beefeater and gunpowder

Genuinely just started drinking gin in the last two weeks. My first bottle was Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb and Ginger. I have been blown away. It’s the only other alcohol I enjoy drinking other than Whisky. However, Whisky doesn’t like me 😂

Well, that was amusing. I'd disagree with you on the last point though. If you want the really good stuff then you do have to pay for it. My current favourite is Conker Port Barrel and it's 50 quid. I justify this by telling myself that it's still half the price of Monkey 47 and ten times as good. Something that might interest you is Sainsburys have the limited edition Whitley Neill Strawberry and Black Pepper Gin for £20. It's better than the Black Lodge one you did the other week.
