    Your C = A# on my clarinet.

      Hi! Hmm, I’m not sure. My first question is are you playing on a Bb clarinet? If yes, my first suggestion would be to make sure that the playback speed isn’t slowed down on your computer. My next suggestion would be to grab a tuner and see how our pitches are matching. I tune to A-440 where I live (I know that can vary based on what part of the world you’re in).
