3 rules of thumb for offering advice in Unicorn Overlord; 1. If you critique a certain matchup always provide timecode of that matchup or I won't take the advice because I simply have no way of understanding it. (Context) 2. If you are offering a universal tip for a class/unit type/etc. Try to clearly state that so I'm in the right frame of mind and not wondering if the first rule of thumb was addressed or not. 3. And Double check your own work that it is accurate to your knowledge and if you're unsure you should say so. Too many state their "I think" in a declarative statement which can be frustrating for me because it's impossible to parse from those who actually know versus have a hypothesis.
One thing i learned after restarting on harder difficulty is all match outcomes reset after a battle happens. Say your forecast shows an unlucky outcome where your thief doesnt dodge, having another team fight will reroll the outcome possibly making the thief dodge instead.
I can't believe you turned that fight around! (I mean I can, I have watched many of your LPs for long enough, but, like, that was well done!!). Primm and Aramis are very cute together, and I feel like it would be illegal if you didn't keep them in one unit long enough to see all their support conversations.
It is interesting to see different formations and groups ive been kind of using a balanced formation in every group and sort of building off the ones it defaulted to
This mission started off so rough, but you managed to pull through! That campfire really turned everything around, didn't it? Berengaria seems like a total badass! Then again, we got so many potentially good units in like the last two episodes or so, it's insane. And I'm definitely interested in the relationships between them, as well as how these characters might affect the story. After all, you didn't need to have Aubin in your party now, right? So how does the desert scene play out then? Also I really appreciate that it seems like shops, NPCs and most things for each country/region get their own designs and animations.
Berengaria, Virginia and Rosalinde are top tier fighting units and we got them all at basically the same time. And I thought the same about Aubin for a moment but I rewatched the scene and he isn't an optional recruit, Alain just recruits him so I guess that's why they can use him for story without any issues.
There are units that have this feature as leader and I think there are items and valors that do as well. I wonder if unit speed has any bearing on rest times as well?
It does seem that stores don't replenish so when you buy out an item I don't think they return after a time. Might be only on Expert like the item usage per fight limit, I don't know.
It makes sense considering that items can really just negate strategy but since items in the world are finite anyways those people might end up overusing to a degree that they get stuck in later parts of the game. Also I've learned that the 10 item limit is only on Expert difficulty.

That camp cinched it for me for sure. Camp MVP on that map. And we'll be doing what we can to get Aramis and Primm's Rapport convos for sure.
what a battle! several enemies and guests as well make it even more grand
Nice turnaround man you really pulled it out of the fire
That camp saved my ass.
She look's strong and badass, I don't need anything else to be one of my main, hope you will use her many times Analog!

Also damm Travis knows everyone

I don't remember her moaning like this before
hurts so goooood.
Berengaria has abs I like her even more
This general reminds me of a dark knight with her outfit
Minette? Did you hear when Minette gets hurt?

@@AnalogVernacular Oh, ok. Guess I misremembered then.
Wish their was a way to speed up the rest process

Your neighbors are definitely some odd ducks that’s for sure😅
y u vacuum like dat!?
I've been abusing my items all this time. I hope there won't be item shortage near the ending :[

@@AnalogVernacular I'm playing at Tactician, and yeah, they don't replenish too. There's no limitation of item usage per battle, though.
Having 10 items per map is brutal

No lie... She can be my general
Alright bro😂
Not a specific matchup but it might be better to have fran in the front row with lex since she can heal herself and it isn't him taking all the aggro
With this game you might need to imploy some cheese strats to survive cause the ai was getting some dumb luck with those crit heals they got
90 percent chance to hit and it misses that is some bs
That's XCOM baby!.......... oh wait wrong game.
