The SharePoint Brand Center - Creating and Applying Font Packages

I seem to have deleted the brand centre site. Can't see it in the 'Deleted Sites' in admin centre too. Is there a way to reset/recreate the site? The Brand Centre page in M365 Admin Centre now just displays a blank page.

Thanks for the useful Information. Does this mean if we have SharePoint sites with custom font implemented using SPFx solution from a licensed product example Shortpoint would not be required anymore? Can we simply replace it with brand Center app?
