60k seems a bit of a stretch, any sort of car breakdown or emergency can set you back. No more avocados and toast for a whole month :/. 70k-90k is a safer number. just my opinion, but 10k can go a far way.

I guess it depends on if you have debt or not already. I have a friend who makes 45K no debt at all and can live fine off that, but that's a rarity.
