An old forge in central Portugal with a stunning view

This forge was once used by my grandfather Albino Miranda who was a blacksmith in the village of Lapa dos Dinheiros, Seia.
He used to make several kinds of work tools, such as hoes, sickles, weed whackers, etc...

It is remarkable that the bellows still functioned! The craftsmanship that went into making everyday tools seems to far surpass that which is present today even in "high-end" paraphenalia!
