Cool idea, but to my knowledge it's not possible to change the plug with a USB. I just use one of those cheap aftermarket USB to GameCube adapters for PC and it seems to work fine.
It's hard. use a little bit of tape at the end so it's easier to slide on. If you see any bunching of the copper shielding at all, back the paracord off a little and spread super glue with a toothpick to keep the copper flat. Make so to give it enough time to dry, last thing you need is the paracord sticking to the glue.
Hey, I believe all of the simple coloured buttons on the internet come from the same factory, unless it's a small business that are resin casting their own buttons by hand. I've tried a few different places and they're all the same. Quality isn't as good as OEM, but usable in my opinion.
Hello! T3 stick boxes are the latest revision stick box that nintendo made for the GCC. It's an all plastic design and lasts much longer than t1 and t2.
Reduces/eliminates snapback. When you release the analog stick normally, it rebounds slightly if you look at the signal. From my understanding at least. A capacitor is an electrical circuit element that can store a charge if you wanted the definition.
Can you make USB-C versions to use with Switch and PC?

Where do you get your white buttons from? I've been looking to put some on my controller but they're difficult to find in good quality.

You could try websites like eBay/Etsy, or local second hand shops in your area.
