@@raymondmaple2230 Here in Va. you must have a title to get it registered. Otherwise you have to order a new VIN number to put on it, and call it Home Made; then get a new title and registration. In the Carolinas and other southern states you just need a Bill of Sale ( a simple piece of paper) to register a trailer because they don't need tags on it. I ordered a skid plate for mine, waiting for it to come in. I didn't realize how scratched up it was underneath until I looked.
