No and he never was, you shouldn't take pre-beta untrustworthy leaks as comparison. + he had only truly 2 nerf: the removal of his hit rate decrease and the limitation of the off turn debuffs he can land. The reduction of his mults for dot damage was more of a sidegrade and the conversion from def break to vulnerability was actually a huge buff. People are overreacting over his changes from V1 to V5.

I would pull if he was a better battery for my Acheron than Welt and/or Pela but from what I've seen isn't any better than Welt or Pela in that regard. Sure he dishes out more damage and increases vulnerability, but my Welt does decent damage and also increases enemy vulnerability (tho probably not as much).

I finally decided to give my E1S3 bronya a chance and ignore sparkle to pull jiaoqiu and his LC for my acheron team
In his beta he was able to heal and his debuff didnt burn. They really did not know what to do with him. 😅

Well he WAS able to heal in the early beta. I dont know why they changed it if the entire character was based on it.
I'm using Pela and Silver Wolf. It's a skip for me.
