    This bread is very popular in Iran and it is famous for Sangak.
    Sangak bread is baked in the oven on a bed of pebbles.
    In the past, they dried it with the gentle heat of the oven to make it last longer and used it for several month.
    And they use sesame and aromatic herbs to decorate.
    This baker bakes the largest Sangak bread on the order of his customers.
