I wish i could just trade zeni for TP medals. I usually get 40-120 medals a week though, because the system gives it to me for getting 4,000-8,000 TP in Ranked.

The condition is when a game is about to end no matter the speed advantage or counter attacks. Atleast that's from my experience. Am master lvl 41 and the spirit bomb has only triggered when one of you has 70+%(depending on how fast you finished yohr thrn) and the opponent or you yourself is about to lose no matter what.

I don't think so, considering you have to pull each and every one. You'd end up using FAR more than 350 since it's all down to RNG.
