Beautiful CR250. Looks better than new. Amazing attention to detail replacing the shock bumper, footpegs and all the other little mods. I had a '99. Loved it. Massive amounts of explosive 2-stroke power. I used to wonder how fast a CR250 could go with someone who had the balls and skill to really run the sucker hard. Like it was made to do. Then I saw Ronnie Mac on his '98. Haha. The man can ride!
That is one sick, gorgeous, and fast CR 250, that will easily stand straight up, if you crack on the throttle hard enough. Gorgeous graphics! I would love this dirtbike.
The seat I did looks good but I think I put it on to tight cause there is a decent Little gap that is between the rear fender and the seat. I got the video on my channel to show it
I can say you didn't bury your talents that God gave you. May Jesus prosper more and you and your family life and all the ones you touching motorcycles.
I’ve got an 1984 RM 250 , less than 25 tanks of gas have been through it, it close to show Quality , only trail ridden , if I could figure out how to send pictures to you , I think you’d buy it ! Close to show room
@@scatpack440 bought it from my uncle in 2015 , last ORV sticker before that was 1992 , I used to beg him to ride ,but he was always to busy , I washed it , changed the fluids . And didn’t even run a tank of gas through it in 3 short rides , my hands hurt , can’t hang on tight enough !
@joelaichner3025 Those are my alltime favorite RM's. Suzuki made awesome 2 stroke mx dirtbikes back in the day, long before these pos 4 stroke mx dirtbikes starred being made. The only 4 stroke motorcycles that I would ever own, are a streetbike, and street legal enduro. Other than those 2, nobody will ever see me owning a 4 stroke. I bought two motorcycles from Kaplan Cycles a while back. First one was my dream bike, a 1985 Yamaha 2 stroke RZ 350 Kenny Robert's yellow and black bike, with the gorgeous vintage Yamaha block graphics, and a mint, like new, GasGas 2 stroke MC 250 MX Dirtbike, which I'm about to have put in the shop, from the years worth of custom parts I've bought from Kaplan Cycles. GasGas had very low miles on it. It was owned by a 60 something year old friend of Ken's, that was afraid of it's power, so I bought it. Nice talking to you brother. Much love and respect from New Orleans, La. PS. If you ever get a chance to do business with The Kaplans, do it, and I can assure you, you will be very happy and never disappointed. They are the nicest people around. They invited me a while back to fly up there, and ride dirtbikes with them, on their beautiful family compound. Hoping, within then next year, to fly up there for a few days to hang out with them, when Sr and Jr are both there.
I have a 1997 Honda CR 250. I only rode it maybe five times at most. Every now and then I'll ride it around the neighborhood. Everything on it is original except for the mudflap, which just fell apart from age. even the tires are original. These bikes got a bad rap, but the reason I still own it is because it was the best bike I ever owned. I did take it out on a practice track a few times and the performance is unreal. Beautiful steering, the best 250 motor I ever rode and a lot more. These are fantastic bikes.
Je suis Français et j aime beaucoup ce que vous faite s est magique bravo et j adore cette moto et aussi la cr 125 1998 , elles sont si cool et fun a piloter ! good job KAPLAN !
Honda 1997 CR250R all set up for racing nice film and Ronnie oh yeah she's a ripper nice wheelies Ken I love it sounds amazing wizard did a beautiful job I love the engine I love everything about it❤ thank you Ken for the info thank you Ronnie Kaplan Cycles number one God Bless America🇺🇲
Hey Kaplan America can u point me in the direction on my 1997 Honda cr 250r I need the left and right crank case can’t find them anywhere and it’s the only thing from stopping my beast from coming back to life
i know someone who has a kx500 2 smoker could've bought it for 8 hundo now they want 12 still a steal but i know he paid 400 for it lol, almost broke my rear window out hauling it home for him
I have that bike and registered with Massachusetts environmental police to ride in Mass state forests & lakes, ponds ice riding over the years turned every bolt multiple overhauls and still have factory carb in it all jetting for temperature, elevation etc Harry's machined parts does my cylinder I do everything else love this bike
I've owned the 1999 cr250. I have to say, That bike was the most stiff, Solid and boring bike I've ever owned. I don't know what the hell Honda did that year but they F-ed up the powerband. Nothing on low, A short big hit in the middle and then it dies in high rpm. Just completely flat. I've heard that the 97 and 98 version has better powerband, That classic Honda mid and top end power that I like. But overall, That bike is too stiff. I sold it. The 1994 cr250 was waaay more fun.
That is stunning.....these 1998 cr250's are seriously quick

I reckon you're the only man on the planet that knows how to staa CR first kick everytime.
Ronnie Mac will give you 6 to 900 dollars for that future Screaming Eagle. He'd give you more but the fenders aren't modified.
How did that seat come out so perfect? gosh darn. BEAUTIFUL BIKE. I just did my own not to long ago
