As we got more into our self-sufficient lifestyle, we began to appreciate more the reasons why hundreds of years ago, people's lives were closely associated with the seasons. Special festivals were held to celebrate important dates such as the winter solstice. In this video we look at the history of the Festival of Yule and the Yule log.
