Skiing Aspen Ajax February 26, 2024 Day 1 of 5 Day Ski Trip

This was day 1 of our 5 day ski trip to Aspen/Snowmass. We skied a couple inches of fresh at Ajax on Monday, and it was a great first day out with Chad, Sean, and myself out together. We spent most of the day just cruising around. We we a bit limited to where we could ski on the mountain, because it was very windy and the gondola wasnt running, so if you went to the bottom, it was a long journey back up. That was perfectly fine though since we did get into the new terrain and made a few laps off of the Hero lift. It was really nice to get to enjoy the new terrain during opening season. We stayed in Carbondale the first two nights and then moved on to Snowmass for the remainder of our stay. There are two more videos to this trip.
