I had to have wheelchair ramp installed on my property almost 3 years ago. I did call the Homeowners Association and their reply was “you need it to get your husband in and out of the house, go ahead” besides that falls under the federal law for disabilities.
@@Rgj_j It usually ends up with "my case ended up inspiring new laws" and the like. If 10% of these stories were true, HOAs would be too burdened by regulation to exist.
They can't trespass and destroy other peoples property, that's illegal. The cops should have arrested them.
Either terrible fabricated story or incompetent police who thinks they can just brush it off.

They have a lot of power, make sure you read the contract when you buy your home ,better yet stay far away from HOA's and dont vote them in
AI's math ain't mathin'. Lol $116,500, not 16,500. So much for AI taking over the world, if it can't do basic math.
That math didn't equal 16k, its quite a bit more
There were several individual amounts in that list that were bigger than $16k. Maybe it was supposed to be $160k.
@LetholdusKaspyr that's what I was thinking, but the storyline messed it up
The author who made the story up obviously isn’t good at math. Psst, you do know this is a fictional story based on a formulaic outline, right?
