@@imaginittech thanks a lot for sharing the link. Can BIM360 generate barcode? My question was more about which software to generate the barcode and how to customize the data input properties after scanning. Would you have any software suggestions that work with BIM360?
@@Jet007_48 Per our team: BIM 360 Build/Autodesk Build does not generate the bar codes. You will need to find another 3rd party app to do that. We do not officially work with any of those software providers so we cannot recommend anyone in particular in this situation. Any software package that can create these codes will be com[partible with the Autodesk Asset module.
Per our experts: In the main asset view you can select the “Gear” symbol and turn on additional columns. If you want custom columns, you need to create custom asset attributes first and then they will be available as an column you can use.

Hi, is it possible to create custom ''columns'' / or details as it is called? I tried by creating new columns in the spreadsheets with no luck. Thanks

How do you access the status history of an asset?
That information is not currently tracked in the system. It’s possible, that ability will be included in future updates to the Asset Module
