Love my Rossi R92's. All of mine are blued and I've removed the silly flip safety and replaced them with buttons on all - as well as replaced the plastic mag followers with stainless steel ones - now they're about perfect.

They are work horses of rifles. Fun plinkers with 38spl and good for defense with 357mag.

Just got one in 44 mag, lol I wish I had bought more back when they where around 300 bucks. One of my favorite deer 🦌 rifles is my Rossi rio grande in 30-30, Rossi makes some excellent lever actions and their quality has grown over the years.

Got a 24" R92SS, octagonal barrel 357/38 three weeks ago, and it's amazing accurate and gorgeous and no issues whatsoever. Even loads shorter flat nose 38 special, 1.4 inch or less with no problems or eject issues. And didn't bleed all over the place loading ammo.
Forget the TH-cam BS negative reviews.

I purchased mine at the beginning of the year. I considered the .357, but finally opted for the .45 Colt blued 24", and converted to a rear ghost sight. Very comfortable to shoot.

Got the 24" R92SS, 38/357 octagonal barrel little over 4 months ago and it's amazing accurate and eye candy gorgeous and no issues whatsoever. Been to the range several times already with different ammo. Even loads shorter flat nose 38 special, 125 gr, 1.4 inch or less with no loading problems or eject issues. The quality and functionality is way up there, probably as good as Henry or Winchester that are manufactured these days and sure is sexier.
