In getting a travel insurance, does it needs to cover the departure date of the country of origin or it should starts the date that you arrive in the schengen area?! Because my bf purchased me travel insurance that thr coverage starts the day I arrived in Schengen area and leave the schengen area.

You can apply in Kuwait if you have residencecy there... if not need mo sa pinas mag apply... but if u have working permit you can try ask the embassy dyan na balak mo aaplyan if possible na dyan ka mag apply with your permit/visa

better to add 2 extra days for your insurance so it cover the day you left your home country and the day you arrive.
