Hey great content and video, are there any resources available for project based manufacturing, for example manufacturing of a Ship which can span several months

    Hi Shriram
    Question
When I add new line in costing sheet setup, the new line successfully save in costing sheet setup, But when I create Manufacturing order and then estimate.
new line that I have already create in costing sheet setup not reflected in estimate (costing overview ).
is there any other assignment for costing sheet ?

I have an observation in ur video and wanna get this clarified. Why only parent node of type "Cost of conversion" is appearing in cost sheet on estimating a production order (Same is the case even on calculating price of an FG)? The parent node of type "Cost of purchase" is not displayed. Any specific reason or am i missing something. Thanks

That's a good question, in this case we have configured overhead conversion..
Please do check out the white paper regarding this for more details.. thanks

how hours against electricity came as 1 , and when it it linked with cutting i didnt see any cutting process in overview estimation , can you brief how the hour calculation of electricity calculated

Its 1 because after estimating production order it shows the consumption per unit , which is configured in the costing sheet..
Hour calculation involves the overhead conversion setups, cost groups, rate, resources, Route..
The costing sheet page is showing only the overhead charges (electricity) and not cutting in this case, for ease of understanding i tagged the cutting process to capture the electricity incurred for cutting..
