As requested, we have now started linking the end-state design in the description of our videos (We've even made it 8k resolution!). Be sure to check it out as well as our comprehensive guide to the Meta interview process in the description above.
The audio is horrible and the personal interaction is challenging, but the final 1/3 of the video is worth watching all of it. Fantastic explanation from the interviewers' side! This is much more helpful than most other videos focused on the other side of the interview.
The feedback is so beautifully explained. Precise and with examples. Thanks for sharing this @interviewingio. Speaking for most of your audience, we definitely need more of such videos.
I think this is a must watch. Now I understand why many very smart ppl fail to clear interviews and stay clueless what went wrong because this kind of feedback is never revealed. In a written exam we know that everything needs to be written down on the answer sheet clearly but in an person to person interview we take many things for granted and don't communicate explicitly. A helpful interviewer will prompt you to discuss it but the interviewer won't be friendly always. It isn't just about knowing the stuff, what matters is your presentability in the brief 45 mins.
Thats a great feedback. Thinking abt an interview structure is basically thinking about the format of feedback interviewer is writing abt you. organize both ways
the feature requires comments need to be seen realtime, which usually means right after a comment is posted, they need to be seen. You cannot poll that often for 1B users. It won't scale
Thank you for the suggestion, we've tested this software out as well as others. Unfortunately, they produced other types of audio issues that made the experience jarring and overall worse. We're continuing to explore options in improving the audio at every point.
Unfortunately we can't share exact details as to protect the privacy and anonymity of our interviewers. However we can confirm that all of our interviewers are at least at the senior level with many being far above.

It's been mentioned many times here but it is impossible to understand this recording.
Wow! this is an actual interview.
Thanks for the great video. Feedback in the end very useful. Maybe do you know other mock interviews with this interviewer in youtube?
Glad you enjoyed the video, we have one other interview with this interviewer here: th-cam.com/video/azFj_qeIiKo/w-d-xo.html
Wouldn't it be better to use SSE instead of websockets for this use case? comes at a smaller management cost/complexity
Same here, the discussion lacks the technical depth from the candidate.
Can someone explain why push is better than poll? Other than the reason that polling at a low latency is costly?

this interviewer is good
Audio quality was too bad to get through - you should consider using something like Adobe's Podcast Speech Enhancement.

Watched😊-
Interviewer sounds pissed and communication between the interviewer and interviewee is anything but fluent. What a waste of 13.5 min of my time
You need to watch the last 20mins; what an amazing interviewer he is at least as feedback provider.
