KDC2 would never have been about henry the whole game is based on improving your skills it wouldn’t make a lot of sense to continue with henry’s story since he can master everything in the game

@@OutdatedLeon Not sure how the game was incomplete though? A game doesn't need to tell a story thats over and done with (Witcher, for example), setting up a sequel is fine. The 60 bucks still gave you a 50 hour story or so.
There is a difference between setting up for next game and giving awful cliffhangers. After spending 100 hours in game I expected some kind of conclusion (not to conclude Henry story but at least something impactful) but this ending just throws more questions without answering the ones previously stated.
"He cares only for wine, women and the hunt. A king, in fact, who never wanted to be king" Sounds exactly like Robert Baratheon, King of the Andals and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm.
Well, the thing is over the course of the game they come to learn from each other, and respect each other. For all of Hans many, many faults (his naivety, his inability to fight and stuck up ways), once he is on your side he stays on your side. He is loyal to a fault and he actually respects Henry once he proves himself capable, not only by protecting him but by standing up for his lord. It is especially obvious he is warming up to you if you spend time partying with him. The fact that he eventually finds out, as you do, that you are at least partially of noble birth probably helps though. Henry for his part learns a bit of patience and courtesy from Hans, which he sorely lacks, being a smith's son.

I bet thats where we will meet Markvart von Aulitz nad have our revenge. Also there were Ottomans in the trailer so there might be part of this aswell :-)
you literally still have a mission in your fucking inventory that youve pointlessly had from the fucking start ive never been so insulted by a game in my life
I heavily suspect that future installments to the franchise will involve Henry in the Hussite Wars, as an older and better established knight. The fact that Racek of Kobyla was a Hussite; the fact that he was murdered for his religious affiliation; the fact that Sigismund was repeatedly humiliated by Zizla and the Hussites. All these factors make it a pretty reasonable option for continuation of the story.
Insane they were going to force me to do the hans dlc to see the last 20 second cutscene and actually end the game. Something tells me they made the ending like this so that they can one day make a second game that will be you and Capon going on a grand adventure. One can only hope that is the case. I just hope your clothes won't get dirty so quickly if there will be a second game.
Originally, the developers intended for this to be like Act 1 of 3. The other 2 Acts were supposed to be expansions. I don't know, if they've scrapped that idea, though.
it would make since if they do good with this to support it and expanded it more if they can. Miss games that use to do that. With Expansion and moding support it can go pretty far.
Id be confident in saying there will be expansions. The in-game quest directly refers to you getting revenge on the guy who killed your blacksmith father as an objective, and if they did not intend for you to do this in the game at some point surely they would not have this as a quest objective? I appreciate they may be going for the sense this is an objective Henry strives for but never reaches, but again surely the ending would update the quest to suggest it wasn't going to happen in the game? Whilst we cannot say for certain, I would bet a fair amount we can expect to see the main story continued in expansions. The devs already have said they plan to release some DLC, although of what type we do not know.
Kingdom Come Deliverance consists of act 1&2 in one whole game whilst they plan on bringing out add-ons and dlc for now then act 3 will come at as a sequel game and is rumoured to be the longest of the 3 acts that's what I've heard for now.

I agree. If they release the next act of the game for free, then prolly we could forgive them for this.
i think the last dlc should be where henry gets hes revenge n get the sword back bc with the last main quest we got cheated out n have to wait for the final we better have that last dlc with that if not this game is worthless without any storyline to this game i cant wait for the last dlc
I’m angry at the fact that I got the dlc and can’t finish the game because Hans want to find his true love
Same...
what are you wearing???????
WHERE IS MY LETTER!!! that will be the plot right?
he have a holy moly
I'm gonna be honest this ending to me was shit. I had just played this cool game for 200 hours just for it to abruptly end and be told that to finish the story I have to wait about 4 years
True but imagine the scenes when the sequel comes out, it is probably the most anticipated sequel in this genre by far
@@bobgate2017 aye ive become more appreciative over time of kcd. Its one of the most unique games ive ever played. I suppose im dissapointed that the villain at the beginning and whos in your quest log the whole game never appears again. Im excited for the sequal though the ending is still a weak point for me
What a deceitful fing epilogue sequence. Why go through all of this to trick the player into thinking they’re about to embark on an epic final mission only to just flash “the end” as you get going? Just save this whole pointless sequence for the DLC or next game!!
SOOO FUCKING HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE CLIFHANGER
Well to be fair it going to be three acts
15 min of old farts talking.
Lynch85 well to many liked the game for it's story and the intriguing medieval politics
That is the point the this game, focus on history, story, political, not carry immortal companions going around.
pirotess2 ya, the point of this was to be fun and historical and not to be a “chosen one” like in so many rpgs out there
It is giving you a wider picture of the politics that are going on and setting you up for act 2.
this ending was the worst cliffhanger of all time... spending 40+ hours in the game and when it finally starts to become interesting it ends...
7:16 that voice does not fit an old man. Duh. Sounds like a wannabe voice actor in high school trying to voice over a character with a $2 dollar mic through a dirty potato gun in his moms basement. And the same goes for the guy in black at 12:05 too!
The guy prolly is still in his late 30s. You know, governing during that time with that Wescella dude on top would lead to many sleepless nights and daily doses of alcohol to forget why he's serving that moron of a king. That ages a man very badly, man.
@@OutdatedLeon no man looks like that in their fucking 30s no matter how stressed or damaged they are. what the fuck? im in awe that you actually said he could even be close to 30s. Max 50s.
Brilliant game.
Part of me hope one day they do something like this game only its a fantasy medieval that isnt to tied to history just so we can have a bit more freedom. Basically Skyrim but with this game realistic world building and fixes in its bugs. Also plus guns :)
im trying to follow the politics here/ and its fucking worse than game of thrones. fucking holy roman empire
The last 4 hours of this game were a total shitshow for me. I loved it before that, but during the campaigns last 4 hours there were so many bugs and glitches and I had to reload my save so many times, that it wasn't even funny anymore. Also the game crashed for me after the first cutscene of the Epilogue mission. I don't think I'll go back to it,and I have no regrets. I finished the game fair and square.
thanks for finishing it i couldnt be bothered to finish the game the combat was just ass
The ending sucks ,dont care about the king but at least henry got his sword back!!!! Maybe part 2?
3 months late but he didn't even get his sword back mate
This ending is now denied to you if you have not finished A DLC within the game. What a let down. The ending itself.. it feels too "to be continued" and we get nothing solid. A let down again for me.
fack this game
This game doesn't come close to skyrim
skyrim is bullshit compared to this game.
They're completely different, they don't really compare.
Sam Yoo skyrim doesn't come close to good Elder Scrolls games or this game either
And i thank god for that.
lol. No
