I remember when I was a kid, you walk in the arcade and see a new Tekken. Immediately you’re filled with excitement as you watch the arcade opening, then when you either ask your parents for a coin or insert it yourself, you press the P1 button and then you have to quickly decide who you’re gonna play as. Silly little things like that made going to the arcade special and exciting. Those days are gone now......
I have never been to a real arcade before, I was born right when they began to die around my area, so I have never experienced it. I do have a similar experience but with claw machines at some Walmarts I’ve been to. I remember asking my mom for 2 quarters to play. Fun times. Hopefully, I have enough money and support to start my own arcade place. Could be a fun but stressful project lol!
@@FIGHTERSCHOICEArcadeAs a 2010’s kid I haven’t had the luxury of arcades either, but there is a barcade with family days in my area I can enjoy. Great fighter selection, and I do think (at least personally) that arcades could be really cool to bring back!
Tekken 4 and 5 are by far my favourite Tekken games of the Franchise. Especially Tekken 4 is sourly the most unique and underrated (mostly because of the choices that hindered the competitive scene) but it is my favorite Tekken to date, because of the very seriousness Vibes of the Story aspects perspective. The seriousness atmosphere of Tekken 4 it's on another level in my opinion. The soundtrack is what gets me the most next to the game's atmosphere. With soundtracks like: Fetus(Prologue), Authentic Sky, Unihabited(Mall Area) Didgerhythm(Jungle Area) Touch and Go(Airport Area) and Kitsch(Beach Area) and The Inner Shrine(Hon-Maru Temple) and others soundtracks, For me Tekken 4 remains even in these days the most Unique Tekken game of the series. ☯️
I will never forget being ten years old and first seeing that intro in my local arcade. I about lost it when I saw that my favorite from Tekken 1 and 2 Kazuya had returned!
On PS2, if Combot is selected or encountered as an opponent and then the player presses and holds 'down' on the d-pad while the game is loading, the traditional sound, heard when getting hit, is switched with the sound of striking metal :)

@@FIGHTERSCHOICEArcade Boy, if you were around in the 90’s, you’d have loved it. It was an epic time to be alive.

Thank god there are arcades around where I live, there's even Tekken 6 and Tag 2
The beauty of arcades is.. It shows all the finishing moves in every last round of a stage

This is the oddly specific video I was looking for. Thanks.
wow combot in arcade version got that metallic hit while on ps2 version there is no metalic sound i wish to play this on real arcade

That’s pretty interesting, I never knew that and I guess I was doing that accidentally when I was recording this gameplay

8:45 what an absolute disgusting punish by Xiaoyu there.
Well done, love the endings to these
One of my Favorite character in Smash!
The soundtrack on some stages is better than om ps2
I used to put the coin in the 2nd player slot by accident and kept wondering why I was on the wrong side 😭

You are an amazing Tekken player, I am like you, only play one game, and that is Tekken
철권 04: 그 아케이드판
Si a este Tekken no le hubieran hecho desniveles a los escenarios hubiera sido perfecto..
