@@randyneil6161 will try that. We catch them up to 25 pounds and the bigger they get the darker the meat get. Fun as hell to catch though. The smaller ones taste better.
Yes I know of the big blues...The ones we have done here are much more palatable...Mainly because of the diet they have..Over there, they eat a lot of oily fish like menhaden, which causes them to be extra fishy and bloody...Down here, they are one of the best fish to eat! But they very rarely ever get to 20lbs.
