@@sunnybeachlife5860 Actually hotel "Dune" is owned by Maq Ilieva, the wife of the "emperor" Georgi Iliev, the founder of the criminal group VIS2 and they are above the law, so technically is legal. Nothing strange.
They can get to Bulgaria via a long route through turkey, taking 17 hours or more, certainly no direct access. We have Russian friends who fled their country after being vocal against the government, there are russian exiles here.. Many Russians own property here, exactly the same as in Spain, Greece and Portugal.. Turkey is the nearest country Russians can fly to for a holiday not Bulgaria as it's in the EU!
My dear friend, before to make a comment you need some basic information about Bulgaria. Bulgaria is European member state .Because of the sanctions there is No direct flights from Russia and no visas for Russian citizens ....Are you from England ?

Its going to be 30C tomorrow but few people enjoying it!
Great video and it looks a great place, i wouldnt mind visiting but not where the knobheads stay.
It's mainly a family resort, very quiet away from the center and front.
I recommend The Royal Sun hotel.. Just don't go flower street at night 😂 you'll be fine
