Thanks for the backstory TJ. It certainly adds depth to the hours I spend watching you and your channel. Keep up the good work, and I wish you the best!
I think that "Enjoy the Whiskey you like the way you Like to Enjoy it, whit the People you like to enjoy it with" is such a wonderful sentiment to add to being positive and uplifting about making sure that we realize it's a community and if we're alone that great, but if you are able to connect with the people you love over something you all enjoy that's even better. Anayway, great video love both channels!
@@vladimirmihnev9702While I understand the concern, I don't nessisarily agree that this is a universal stuggle. There are healthy ways in which someone can enjoy an adult beverage in the comfort of there own home and not have a problem.
Brewzle , Rex and Daniel are the two content creators that I blame for getting me into whiskey…. So saying that, I have to say Thank You! Thank You for your story and Thank you for never Giving up!
TJ, it takes a monumental amount of intestinal fortitude to share what you just did with us, thank you very much, it was touching. Daniel, thanks for arranging some much great and diverse content on your channel!!
I’ve been a Scotch single malt person all my life. After watching Brewzle and your amazing bourbon hunts, friendships made and adventures had across the States you’ve also turned me into a bourbon connoisseur. Thank you again Brewzle, cheers 🎉🔥
Huge Brewzle fan and seeing this deeper side of you sharing with us was very amazing to watch and I truly appreciate it. Thank you for opening up with us TJ.
Brewzle, what a great presentation. I’ve been following you for a couple of years. Great channel. Thanks Daniel, for sharing your channel with other great whiskey enthusiasts. Thanks for the great content.
Brewzle!!.. I appreciate what you’re doing for the TH-cam whiskey community .. this particular video was special.. you came across my algorithm because i like bourbon.. im subscribed to others in the community aswell… I paused went and got my weller 107 and we had a few sips enjoying this one.. keep doing this!!!🥃cheers
I love the passion in this community so many awesome people some people can be haters but there's a lot of folks who just love whiskey and wanna share that love with others who love it as well. So wholesome to hear this story and see this collaboration between two channels who really brought me into this community.
TH-cam really needs to add a "Love" button! A friend introduced me to Angel's Envy and got me interested in Bourbon, but your channel got me loving bourbon! Thank you for sharing your love of bourbon with the world!
OWA is hand down unequivocally my wife’s favorite and only Bourbon she enjoys! Poured over an ice mold. So 99.1 percent of the time I enjoy whiskey alone, because it’s the only bourbon she likes. Which I’m happy to do so. I cherish the other 0.9 percent of the time when we can enjoy a pour together and unwind! Daniel thank you for being one of the catalyst and inspirations to my bourbon journey. Also, thank you for the collaborations and keeping Whiskey Vault so enjoyable!
Brewzle’s enthusiasm about bourbon and thoroughly enjoyable and informative videos are the reason I got into this whole bourbon craziness. I needed a new hobby and it just sorta landed in my lap.
This right here is what “the hunt” is all about. Meeting people with a shared passion and finding something new you have a passion for. Excellent video, looking forward to many more!
Cool video TJ. It’s awesome to see that you’re just a hard working family man that has found a hobby // passion that has brought thousands of people like myself to follow you and enjoy your content. Keep up the great fun and work.
what a wild crossover. absolutely LOVE whiskey vault's content as well as Brewzle's content. it was quite the nice surprise to see Brewzle pop up on this channel.
Love your story. When I saw your first video and short 2 1/2 years ago, I knew that you were going to go big. Personality is everything. Congrats to you and your beautiful family
I went and offered my 1st bourbon to a dear friend of mine! I went with Elijah Craig small batch at 47% ABV. Delicious! Thanks for the cool stories and hunts TJ, I love your content so much!
Love this video. It was your channel and a couple others that got me to really dive into whiskey! For me it was Russell’s 10yr that got me hooked. But once I tried Weller FP and 107 those became my favorite wheated bourbons. Now I have 250 bottles and my favorite thing to do is to invite 10-15 guys over to try different bottles and talk about them!
Thanks TJ for sharing your personal journey! Weller 107 and Buffalo Trace were my first bourbons on this wonderful whiskey journey I have been on since around 2015!
I participated in a Whiskey tasting last week and they had a ton of bottles up for raffle. I entered to win this bottle because I knew you liked and spoke highly of Weller’s. I also like sweet whiskies too so I figured why not? Luckily enough I won! I was super hyped to try it out - and I realize now it’s such a great whiskey. I’m fairly new in my whiskey journey so I’m excited to explore what else is out there. Just wanted to say thank you TJ/Brewzle team for making entertaining and informative videos. They’re a nice break from reality, and have helped me dive into a world I never knew before.
What an awesome video. TJ, this was one of my favorite videos of yours to watch. Like the camera was off and just having a conversation. Thank you for this and for sharing.
Thanks for the great story of how you started your journey in bourbon. I just love your channel and your content. Please continue to provide us with your reviews of great (and not so great) bourbons, bottle drops and get togethers.
I found Antique 107 thanks to you and have learned so much from your channel. Thank you for sharing some of your more personal stories and a bit of your history. “I’m good at making money and awful at keeping it” man….I felt that!
Really a great “origin” story TJ! Antique 107 was one of our first bottles that our little group really started to appreciate when we did our first couple of blind tastings. Great history you gave!
Thanks for sharing and being honest! Great video and always looking forward to the next one. It's not about the whiskey, it's about the conversations and time spent with friends while enjoying a bottle!
Thank you for sharing that story TJ. I sure appreciate you and the content that you provide. I started dabbling in whiskey a few years ago. Like 107 for you, I ran across you, TJ on TH-cam and really made me understand what a great time this hobby can be. I'm over here in Ga and couldn't make the festival this year. I hope you do another in 2025 and I will be there to meet you. Thank you and all the best.
I've put about a dozen individuals who come into my liquor store on to your channel. It's a great way to learn about what's what and a "standard" when looking at bourbons.
I was more of a Rum drinker for many years. Brewzle was one of the reasons I started trying different bourbons and finding the ones I really like. Most of them aren’t allocated.
This was my first experience of your channel and I really enjoyed the content. The back story was reassuring, we all go through some shit or other and hopefully come out a little wiser. I can't get anywhere near this bottle in the UK but I loved the review, cheers!
Thanks for sharing I've been watching your content for the last couple months and I can't drink don't drink for medical reasons but I enjoy your content and I enjoy learning more about whiskey and bourbon one thing that this video taught me was that we have some things in common I grew up very poor welfare poor and couldn't hang out with my friends because of medical issues as well as I didn't have the money so yeah it's a different world for sure and having a little more money now still makes you humble and recognized where you started from. Additionally, we both have computer science degrees as well. 🎉
This was a great episode! Thanks for sharing your story and experience. You’ve definitely influenced my own journey in bourbon. Blessings to you and the family. Keep giving great content. G
A very touching story. Great having you here. OWA sounds delicious and I appreciate the review. These are just getting so very scarce by me and the pricing is just insane in the stores by me.
Hi TJ! Really great video, and thank you for sharing your background. I myself can relate to growing up in a financially tight background. My mother made some of our clothes and you wore your older brothers clothes once they outgrew those pants, shirts and jackets. Now that I am 67 years old and retired, I have picked up a small collection, and it is largely based on watching your videos. My thanks to you for those bourbon hunts that gave me the guidance, and I wrote before that anything you have recommended has hit a grand slam with me. God bless you and your family and I hope to be able to purchase your craft made bourbon.
The one thing I really remember and I think of it everytime I stand in line for that bottle, that bottle used to be a screw top just like the special reserve.
Brewzle, thanks for sharing your story. Mine is similar. I spent years drinking white-label Beam and Coke then later migrated to Elijah Craig Small Batch over ice. I began appreciating the flavor of whiskey without artificial additives. Still, it wasn't until my son went to Louisville and brought back a bottle of Barker's Mill Bonded Bourbon that I really launched into an appreciation of whiskey consumed neat. I never knew about cask strength, barrel proof, single barrels, and store picks. It is like learning a new language but I'm getting there. I picked up the Turtle Creek Four Roses Barrel Pick in September and have added some store picks to my collection. I've joined the hunt for allocated stuff, it is challenging but it will come. Many readily available bottles are great too and my wife is in no hurry to see my collection grow beyond the space in the cabinet (which is full now 🙂). I enjoyed your story and hope to run into you at a future event.
Great story, thank you. Commodore and community is my favourite thing about whiskey, the discussions and different opinions are so enjoyable. One of the few things these days where you can have a different opinion and not be called an idiot…. Cheers.
Antique 107 is my favorite bourbon of the weller bottles. The first bourbon is drank and continued to for years was Walkers Deluxe which is no longer produced.
@Brewzle thanks for sharing. I'm a fan of you and the channel. I'm more a Single Malt drinker but I'm starting to enjoy a bourbon pour. Right now my bourbon of choose is Russell 10 year. I have yet to taste a Weller but I'm on the look out for one. The 107 sounds like it would be something I like so I'll let you when I try it. Look forward to more of your videos.
We just had a Sazerac release (Blanton's, Blanton's Special Reserve, Caribou Crossing Single Barrel, Eagle Rare, Weller Special Reserve, Weller Antique 107, and EH Taylor) up here in Ontario, Canada a couple weeks ago. I managed to get a few bottles of each and the Weller Antique 107 is my favorite out of all of them.
TJs story proves to all of us that he is truly a great man inside an out. Im glad im a view and im glad he got me into bourbon, even though i still love scotch.
Appreciate Whiskey Vault for having us!
Thank you for being a part of it!
I like this collaboration! I’m stoked to see TJ share and be vulnerable. Didn’t know I could like him more…
My favorite 2 channels that was dope.
Thank you both for making this happen! Cheers to amazing pours with amazing people 🥃

Well drinking alone, isn't generally a good thing! It's usually a sign that something is very wrong! And its going to get worse!

107 was the first real allocated bottle I ever acquired. And it's still a great, delicious pour!
My favorite video of yours ever and I like a bunch of them. Thanks for sharing!
Great story TJ. Antique 107 is my favorite as well, it hits that sweet spot as you mentioned.
This is awesome! Really great to hear your story.
These are the kind of stories i love to hear.
Thank you for this storytelling video. I love the insight to your experience.
Glad you found a "home base" whiskey. It absolutely helps for comparison purposes.
Cheers Brewzle! The bottle that got me there was Still Austin Blue Corn BIB
i want so much more of this, love it, thanks for sharing!
You are the reason I'm now a bourbon collector and enthusiast's, thank you
@Brewzle , I love how you present yourself. I can't wait to watch more of your videos!
Sir,
Thank you for sharing your story.
TJs story proves to all of us that he is truly a great man inside an out. Im glad im a view and im glad he got me into bourbon, even though i still love scotch.
Thanks for sharing your story, much appreciated
Love that bottle. And great story.
Good stuff. Thank you for sharing TJ. Nice Collab!!
Interesting to see a TJ video speaking without the quick edits. Dudes gifted
Welcome Brewzle, you fly across my shorts all the time. Weller 107 is the only weller i have found so far in my area.
Very interesting TJ…i enjoyed the background info
Same story for me 107 was what got me into actually sitting down and enjoying bourbon
Weller 12 is my 1st and still favorite love in bourbon.
Thanks for your contribution to these videos 🥃
What a lovely video. Thank you from Oz.
I have 3 bottles and I couldn’t pour one fast enough to enjoy while watching. 🙌🏼🥃
Oh wow. Thank you for sharing. 🙌🏼
