Turban cap with pleat design

The measurements (is for small head circumference)I used stretchy fabric.you can add to the Length or width according to your head circumference.
For the base
Width= 20.5
Length=16
For the pleat
Width = 21.5 , please add like 4 to 5 inches to your head circumference for the pleat
Length= 14
Then I marked 1 inch line on the fabric for the pleat to the end.
