Ever since I've found your channel I can't wait until it's time for bed. That's because I put this on low volume and meditate to this and fall asleep. I used to wake up in the morning with headaches. My PCP told me that I grind my teeth at night due to stress, anxiety. He was right. I caught myself thinking of stressful situations when I went to bed and grinding down on my teeth. I tried hard to not think about anything and clear my mind. Nothing worked until I found your videos. I no longer grind my teeth, no more headaches in the morning or stressful thoughts keeping me awake. I go to sleep peacefully and wake peacefully. God bless you.
