They say they see the same guy doing many of these, and that there are sick groups of people who take part in this. If so, it's abuse. It's disturbing.

Massive amounts of people who can't pay their bills and selling everything to just be able to eat. Crime soaring. And the reason the news brings light to it is not because they think it will magically turn it positive. They bring light to it because you can't solve a problem without knowing what it is.
It's funny..but whenever I see people like yourself say "everything isn't horrible"..and then I look at their lives..they usually are not experiencing any real hardships. And it's easy to say "life is good" when everything in your life IS going well. But if you're sick, scared of getting sick, unemployed, hungry, worried about how you're going to pay your bills or support your family..there is no way you can avoid thinking everything is horrible..because in your world..it is. I get it maybe be hard and wrong to think down on people but a reality is some of these people are in these situations because of poor life decisions. I can admit mine. This is why when you are being raised and taught to save money in case of future events. Maybe a poor thought out degree route helped contribute. Yes the government is supposed to help but relying on them is a poor decision. People have choices everyday that can have long term and short term effects.

We all make life choices that probably could have been better. I know I have. But..we live in communities. In societies. Not on private islands. And that means we need to help each other..even if some made poor decisions in our eyes. Because the next poor decision may come from you..or someone you love..and you would hope someone would help you or those you love too. We also pay way too many taxes that go for weapons building..instead of to feeding and housing the poor, disabled, and elderly. Yes..we all have choices. But we are also human beings with faults, problems and disadvantages. We all were raised differently through no fault of our own. We all have different health issues. We all have different levels of education. But what separates us from common animals is our compassion. Our empathy. Our understanding. Our love for one another. That's what makes us HUMAN. Without that we are killers, rapists, psychopaths, and monsters. We need to remember this..and remember most of us are doing the best we can. Take care..

Yes, CPR can be performed on all living creatures with a heart and a cardiovascular system.
Lizards, fishes, monkeys, horses, elephants, giraffes, goats,pigs, crocodiles, lions, monkeys, sheep's and cows.
The thing is how to do it properly and more efficient. This guy did as if he knew what he was doing. It was really amazing and a lesson.
You would not want to do it on a lion though. Only a cub.
