- Getting A TIER 5 On Round 7 - Is It Possible? Bloons TD Battles 2 - after seeing a post about somebody affording a 5th tier ultra juggernaut round 9, I thought to myself what could the absolute limit be?

Also edit since a lot of people are wondering: bloon boosting doesn't send out bloon sets faster from a quick test.

@@crep50 that was the point of the joke. it wouldnt make sense for it to be increased by 20$, because it wouldnt actually affect normal gameplay, it would just be for this challenge.

ISAB doesn't follow the Betteridge's law of headlines. The answer to his titles is nearly always "yes."
Two ideas to build upon this, in this you prioritized getting it within round 7, but I wonder what the best clock time could be. Especially with use of a bloon trap, anti stalling rounds, and using the other play to send eco, you could maybe get a better clock time but be in a far later round.
For that matter, could this bloon trap strategy potentially help with an earlier round?
Yep! Bloon traps definitely would've gotten it faster here, but I forgot. It likely still would've resulted in round 7 though, since 40 seconds is a lot to shave for the round 6 cutoff.

Would it have made a difference if you boosted to be able to send eco bloons faster early on?
@@asetheticaii3001 as I understand it, it increases the speed of the bloons but not the rate they come out

Imagine challenges in btd6 coyld have win conditions like get a certain tower by the end of the challenge or u lose, or have so many of this one tower, or even end off with this amount of lives
Pretty sure nk mentioned in one of the patch notes that win conditions like "make x amount of money" and lose to win challenges were on the roadmap
I feel like this would really work well with a casual mode with no mmr where higher placed players would get harder challenges compared to the lower placed ones
End with X lives is basically the perfect challenges that live you at 1 hp at the end

One thing that you didn’t do is upgrading the farms on the right times. For example, if you have a 000 farm and it is very close to giving a banana, then wait upgrading it to 100 until it gave the banana. Then if you upgrade it to 100 right after it gave the banana from the 000 farm, it will give a banana right afterwards and you get a lot more money

i know it works like that on btd6, i normally only do it from 320 to 420 tho, getting 60 more feels nice
It would be an interesting idea to see earliest round u can get each of the tier 5s as a series

I've been using the bloon sending stall maneuver since the release of battles 2 lol but now that ISAB has said that it earned me like a few bucks, i think that didn't really worth all the efforts
Not just a few bucks, a few bucks of ECO that stacks exponentially throughout the rest of the game. It's definitely worth it.

bloon boost does not affect bloon send speed, only the bloon moement speed

Try only poping bloons with one tower, or only one tower on screen at all times, or spaming the most useless tower upgrade path, no ecoing no farm challenge, how far can you go with 0-0-0 towers? Speedrunning a temple like this challenge. Like so ISAB sees it, hi from México;)
Do a video or two where you copy the other player in BTDB2. One where you copy them, one where they copy you. Or you can do it all in one video, do it how you want...

AKA, never happening in a real match unless your opponent is literally the tutorial bot
It is actually possible to get matched with a bot if there is no one in the que and the bots are pretty bad. They actually don't send any bloons so you only have to deal with AI so this might be possible. The only thing that would prevent it is that the AI has predetermined tower placement positions that aren't full stall so you might have to go for round 8 rather than round 7 if you want to gain trophies off of an early tier 5. Not sure if I would call this a real match though.
Here's a good idea. Do a 2tc in battles.
Rules:
1) no alt eco/farms
2) No lives lost
3) No selling
4) Obv only 2 towers. Hero included.
Here's what makes it really hard: No sending bloons that give positive eco. This includes rainbows and purples, so you can only rush with Moabs or above; bloon sends that don't increase your eco. (You can discard this condition btw. It makes it only possible to win if you are going against a bad player, which probably won't be interesting anyway)

Maybe you oculd do it even faster with a bloon trap/banana farm combo. The opponent can also boost to send bloons faster for the trap (Bloon trap generates more than $720 per round that the marketplace does)
Issue is surviving to Trap while making money and not having tack
I'm pretty sure sending red on round 1-2 and blue through 3-4 would make more eco

Nah, powers are what killed battles 1, they learned from their mistakes and they're not gonna do it again. Especially with how slow power xp was earned in B1, it was about the rate of xp in b2, so in b2 you'd get like 1 xp per game
Isab this could be a new series. Speedrunning 5th tiers ! Try and optimize runs for fastest time. Try and get the community to beat it. Maybe a prize for #1? Idk I think you should just do more of these !

Bloon boosting to eco reds faster might have worked
What if you sent reds then spaced greens in such a way where you'd barely have enough money for a farm making the money more optimal, it'll make you getting it sooner. I doubt getting it on round 6 is possible though
Monkeyopilis is cheaper but the upgrades before make it cost more
