I am experimenting with tear, titanic hydra, iceborn gauntlet, tear into manamune, frozen hearth , rod of ages. The hp and mana stacking gives you tons of free dmg while you are a f badass tank. Only downside is.. you need 30 min. Games to get the full sjit
