The Masters that I want to study is only for 2yrs (as it should be) in Poland Universities compared to French Universities.
In French Universities, I’d have to study for 5yrs for a Masters which is not something I’d like to do.
Looks like Poland is my next option!!

I believe you need to work full time to be able to pay your fees. It depends on the type of job and how much your school fees is

@@LEZASPORT my answer is still the same. Tuition can be paid depending on the type of job. But to pay that amount in Poland, you need to have a full time job

you are not paying euro 30, 000 for health insurance, it is just the coverage. For example, you can buy insurance for 200 euros but it must have 30,000 coverage in it. In this case, you only pay 200 euros

normally around May/June/July for winter semester and around November for Spring Semester. Specific dates/months depend on schools though

It depends, if you mean post-study residence permit, then I think it's about 9 or 12 months. If you mean how long can one work in Poland after finishing their masters, then I would say, there is no time limit imo...
