@@UltramanMebiusBrave it depend since there have been case where using same instrument get strike or copyright the problem is it really depend on the company and band in charge since the copyright use is quite broken specially if it Japanese sometime they are fine with cover but sometime they will straight up just strike you which is why do this is just safer ofc in this case it more so them doing cover so they want to focus on the voice more since they are the actual focus not the song
