A lot of videos talk about basic strategy and how to play but NEVER cover betting... I know theres a betting system for card counting but what about just basic strategy play?

There is. In Europe, dealer doesnt peek for blackjack. Dont double 11 v 10/Ace and hit 8s against dealers Ace are the main differences that come to mind.

Would depend on the rules. The main thing to look out for is if dealer hits or stands on soft 17
