Here's my issue,not resolved from Nov 2014 : I booked a OLA cab on Nov 2 for 6:15 pm form Karol Bag to Delhi Airport. - Boarded the cab at 6:15 PM and by 7:15 PM I was at airport. While we got down, driver ended the trip (as per what he told to us). Our flight was @ 9pm to Mumbai. - By 11:30 PM I boarded OLA Cab again from Mumbai 1A Domestic Terminal to my destination. Where's the issue? Let's see the following figures : Trip from Delhi - Karolbag to Airport is 14km while the app shows the following details Distance : 53.5 Kms Travel Time : 358 Minutes Waiting time : 243 Mins Amount Paid : 1485 !!!!! If the above mentioned figures were true say just waiting time 243 mins approx 4 hrs then I would have left OLA Delhi cab @ 10:15 PM and I boarded Mumbai OLA Cab @ 11:30ish. Implies I travelled 1,423 km in this less time which is less than a Standard flight would take i.e. 2 hrs.
bro tried to use uber to take my father back to home from hospital. driver ( name Arif) accepted the ride and then asked me to cancel as he was not feeling well. I did cancel the ride and booked another one and again same driver accepted the ride and again asked me to cancel. I was so frustrated at that moment that I didn't use uber again. I know uber is much better than ola at both price and service. but sometimes there are things more imp than money.
Hi Abhishek, Yes, it did happen to me in Bangalore but with Uber. The driver started the trip without picking me up and the bill started to begin. The driver didn't pick-up any of my calls and then I had to send a message to Uber and they gladly and instantly refunded me my amount. Honestly, Uber rocks and you really can't compare Uber with Ola. Every time you have an issue with Uber, they're there to help you out and they even send you refunds instantly without asking any questions. I've never experienced such awesome service from any cab aggregator before (MegaCabs's awesome, too). I loved the way you did the video and thanks for that!
Fake , you can see a Hyundai car key on the table. If you have a Hyundai car key and you are sitting in a restaurant then what is the need booking an Ola cab. Had you given your Hyundai car key to some waiter as a tip?

Very-2 nice video friend, but all company not are same....Our outstation cabs Bookmysawari company service too much better, in those major cities like Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad etc... we survive in the field last 3 years and always try to give better and best service to our customers.
They are all the same. I had a similar experience with uber where the driver asked me to cancel the ride very smartly saying he is stuck in traffic and when I did that they deducted 80 rupees. Driver ne khade-2 80 rupay bana liye and I had to book an Ola as I was stuck in gurgaon at 11 at night. Plus lot of drivers run their cabs on both Ola and Uber so they can rip you off anytime anywhere. But yes, companies should know this amd take strict action and provide appropriate complaint option as even uber doesn't have the same option for complaining like you showed for Ola. Tp jaago grahak and Ola Uber wallet ke bajaaye cash mein transact karo!! 👍🙏

I had a Ola a/c,When i tried to book one it showed your account is suspended and the support doesnt even cares on your follow up mails. Uber is hasse free and cheap at least with really professional drivers and support team

honestly I completely agree. Two reasons why I hate ola - the ola share pass is messed up. Where uber goes on the straight line from a point to b to reach the necessary destination and picks max 3 riders in total. OLA on the other hand picked 7 riders in my trip from point A to point B where the pickups and drops where on Opposite directions of A and B point. Thereby a 45 minute ride took 3 hours! - The ola share pass was for 1 re. and i had clearly disabled auto renew. suddenly, the pass price went to 99 rs. And they auto purchased my pass WITHOUT my permission or any notification or statement. Now ive lost almost 200 rs in the past 2 months via share pass which I had NO idea about. And there is NO option to contact support for these transactions.

Actually what happens some time most of the customers book the cabs with fake accounts and when driver calls them they do not pickup the phone and customers do not cancel the booking .The driver has no option to cancel out the booking he can not cancel the booking and unless or until he will cancel he can not take other ride.For Ola customers are king they do not listen excuses of driver. I hope the issue Abhishek Ji resolved by Ola cabs as soon as you make a complaint.
it has happened with me too.. they refunded me a coupon of 200rs. my scene was that the driver met with minor accident and he told me to go through another transport i will not be able to take further but the ride was still on and i conplained about it then from OLA office they ended the ride ! from that day Leaved OLA!!

Ride becomes confirm only if you share your OTP which you get on your registered number .... so I don't think that Ola is useless !! Instead of Ola, uber has worst service.. I have suffered a lot while I was using UBER ... even Uber don't provide their customers services related to security !!
giving 1 star rating is the worst rating. if you give 0 rating it will not effect his overall rating. if you are not getting any option for your problem then just type in the description cause for customer service your comment is the important thing. and one thing you will always get your money if there is an issue. you don't know whats going on with the driver. lots of the times driver phone stopped working and they can't be able to do anything.

jab ola cab book karte hain to driver details ka sms aata hain ola se. usme driver ka mobile number bhi hota hain. aap waha se call kar sakte ho.
