      Hoping to get the Falcon back on the road one of these days, it's 50 years old now, I actually have three, one is a project that I will be selling as soon as I can get to it. Will e doing a shed VLOG soon, to detail what is happening in there. Too many projects and not enough time.

    just going through a few of your videos , originally found your channel after seeing a cheap rockwell polisher, and was checking reviews. have you tried the blow torch/heat gun trick on the van bumper, it looks as if it's been sanded in the past, which might be part of the problem.

      @@MikesManCave nice work…my XA looked the same when I got it in April of this year…covered in Stoneguard Proofcoat…took ages to sand that back and went through so many materials…I welded in new metal on the sills,the lower quarter panels,the doors where the door trim goes on the bend where yours rusted as well as mine,had weld up the drivers fuel cap,replaced the panel under the rear windscreen and the vertical panel under that,welded up all the holes in the boot lid from a cobra spoiler,welded up the holes from that honeycomb panel on the boot lock…looks clean without it…I had a spare bonnet and I bought repo guards as the car had an XC front on it,my dad painted it..and I assembled it

    I’ve found the Mothers Naturally Black Trim & Plastic Restorer to be pretty useless. The results seem no different to warm soapy water and a cloth.

      @MikesManCave  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@ZOOTV-1976 never had warm soapy water refurbish 50 year old plastic trims, the soap and water result was the before state of the panels after the grime was cleaned off.

      @@MikesManCave I’ve had great results but in saying that, Maguire’s interior cleaner with scotch-guard works very well.
